Iligan Sets Up Multiple Venues for 2026 Business Permit Processing
The Iligan City Government has announced the start of the 2026 application and renewal of business permits, providing accessible venues and clear procedures to support local entrepreneurs and business owners.
Schedule for Renewal:
- January 2 to January 20, 2026
Venues for Renewal:
- Gaisano Mall, 3rd Floor, Cinema Area
- Robinsons Mall Atrium
- City Hall Main Building, Room 102
Venue for New Business Permit Applications:
- Iligan City Hall, 1st Floor, City Hall Main Building, Buhanginan Hills, Pala-o
Business owners may also apply online through the city’s Business Online Application and Billing System at iligan.gov.ph, where payments can be made via GCash.
Step-by-Step Process for Applicants
Applicants are guided through the following process:
- Existing businesses with delinquency or unpaid balances are advised to settle obligations at the cashier.
- Proceed to Room 106 (CMO-PLD) for new applications or permit renewal processing.
- Proceed to Room 102 (CTO-BTFD) for assessment.
- Payment of business tax and cedula at CTO-CRS cashier.
- Visit the Bureau of Fire Protection at the lobby area.
- Return to Room 106 (CMO-PLD) for final processing and issuance of the business permit.
Requirements for Applications
New Business Permit Application:
- DTI, SEC, or CDA registration
- Tax Declaration or Proof of Ownership
- Lease of Contract (if applicable)
- Consent of Owner (if no lease contract)
- Special Power of Attorney (SPA) if property ownership is shared (notarized)
Renewal of Business Permit:
- Old business permit or assessment
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
