Asialink Finance Corporation is strengthening its operations in Northern Mindanao with immediate openings for sales-focused roles at its El Salvador City branch in Misamis Oriental.

Available Positions

• Branch Sales Officer
• Branch Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

Branch Sales Officer

• Conduct sales and marketing campaigns to promote refinancing products such as Sangla OR/CR for cars and trucks
• Recruit and orient Loan Consultants and branch partners
• Prepare monthly reports on branch loan releases
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Branch Sales Associate

• Support the sales team through accurate processing of loan applications
• Maintain updated and accurate client records in the system
• Assist Loan Consultants in marketing activities and campaigns
• Provide customer service by addressing borrower inquiries and concerns

Qualifications

Branch Sales Officer

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the financing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Sales-driven, with knowledge of loan products, especially refinancing and Sangla OR/CR

Branch Sales Associate

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of basic compliance principles, including KYC and AMLA
• Proficient in computer use and relevant software systems

• Brgy. Pedro Sa Baculio, El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental
